Jordan Homes: Orchard Drive, from Mediterranean to Colonial design
A big change from California architecture, Colonials have a look of their own. Orchard was my first Colonial Design. I wanted to have the drama of a new home, with Colonial charm.
Most Colonials tend to be dark inside. I added a
lot of glass in to brighten things up in this 5 bed,
3 bath house with architectural detailing inside
and out.
